Notice your season

Building, recovering, holding steady — dump what this stretch of life is holding and name it honestly. Goals that ignore the season lose to it.

Choose up to three goals

One per life area — body, home, money, people, work, craft, rest. Each gets a why and an honest "what twelve weeks realistically holds."

Ladder them tiny

Six rungs per goal, and rung one is almost embarrassingly small. Rungs get climbed; cliffs get avoided.

Check in lightly

One line a week — a step you took and how it felt (heavy · ok · light). Two honest minutes beats an hour of abandoned tracking.

Use the permission slip

At week six: keep, shrink, or swap each goal — on purpose, in writing, without guilt. Quitting on purpose is a decision, not a wound.
